*Please note – it is possible that we will ask for an adjustment from your selected time to ensure we can arrive on time, or get to the next party on time.
Do not send out your invitations before we have confirmed your event and you have secured your deposit.
WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?
Our primary service area is 30 miles surrounding Granite City, IL with our headquarters location in the 62040 zip code. Final determination will be made from specific headquarters location.
Travel Fees:
- 0 – 29 miles = FREE (NO TRAVEL FEE)
- 30 – 40 miles = $40
- 40+ = Custom
Longer distances (beyond our typical travel range)?
Yes, sometimes we can serve farther ranges, but the price jumps significantly as the travel costs us opportunities to serve other customers. As a result, if we travel 40 miles or more, we may need to charge for the price of an additional party.
NO SLOT OPEN FOR YOUR DESIRED DAY?
Our automatic calendar doesn’t always show all the options, but we can see things in the system you can’t. So if you’re looking for a particular day (or days) and have some flexibility, contact us and we’ll double check or offer options if there are any.
WEEKDAY EVENTS USUALLY HAVE MORE FLEXIBLE TIME SLOTS!
Can’t find the time you want on a weekday? Choose the time closest to your desired time and tell us in the booking notes what your “desired” time is. We can usually accommodate. Weekends are very busy and tend to be much more rigid.
