How do I know the trailer can come to my house?
 

As long as your street isn’t a too slanted, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot! We need up to 55 feet of cleared space (fairly flat). As of 06/01/18 we will no longer park in alley ways. The reason is there is too often low hanging tree branches and/or other debris that is damaging to our Trailer wrap which diminishes the exterior product of your party.

Can you park in my driveway?

As a general rule our policy does not allow us to park in the driveway. However, there my be exceptions. To see if your driveway is an option please contact us to verify before reserving. While, we will do our best to decide on the phone, google maps or pictures only provide so much information. Therefore, ultimately, it is up the the driver’s discretion when he/she arrives to your event as the final decision maker.  
 
 

Will the kids know what to do?

That’s why we bring our Game Coach! He/She helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!
 

Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?

Upon booking your party, please let us know your concerns and we will address them on an individual basis and will make inappropriate games unavailable.
 

UNDER 7 GUESTS (IMPORTANT):


A). As mentioned above guests under the age of 7 are not allowed inside the game truck. We will make an exception for the younger sibling or otherwise up to 2 guests ages 5 & 6. All guest under the age of 7 requires their legal guardian with them inside the game truck at all times. If the adult leaves, the child must leave as well.
B). If we arrive and there are more than 2 guests under the age of 7 inside the game truck we will ask that they be removed or we must bring in an additional host to help manage your event. This will be a fee of $200 and charged to the card on file. If an additional employee is not available due to last minute notice a $100 fee will be applied to the card on file for the current host at your event. If neither option can be agreed to this will be considered a breach of contract and the event manager may cancel the party with no refund.

 

What about bad weather?

We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive we will be there. 
 

What time should I make/start the party?

We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first and they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater! Plus when we’re done you can have their parents there ready for pick up. 
 

What time will you arrive?

We will arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the event in order to set-up and rest assured, our door will be open for your guests by the start of your party time!

 

What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?

Our private parties have limits of 16 and 20  guests allowed inside the Game Truck at your event. Anything over this is $30/guest up to a total of 20.  If you have more than 20 guests please inquire about our Large Group package where we can rotate the players in and out.

**This also does not apply to special rated packages. That number will be determined during the reservation process.**

 

Do I request certain games? Can we bring our own games?

We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will evaluate your needs to make your event successful. You can certainly bring your own games, should you choose to do so. Keep in mind if it is a game we do not carry it will need to be installed and possibly updated which at times can take the full length of the party to do. It is better to let us know ahead of time if it’s something we could include.
 

Do I have to pay for the party in advance?

 

Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking date, you must confirm with a $100 deposit and signature.  You will first submit a quote request. Once it is approved a contract will be sent to you for your signature and booking payment.
