A Smooth, Stress-Free Process from Start to Finish
60 Students/hour
We suggest rotations of 20 guests every 20 mins. While we can run 28 guests per session, if weather is not cooperating we can still fit all 20 inside the trailer playing without scrambling to figure out what to do with the extra 8 players. If it's nice outside we can open up the outside tvs and give more room to play or add additional players
Rotations
Based on the number of guests you have, we ask that you provide a schedule. With your schedule we will make sure the players are rotating no less than every 20 mins (or more if you'd like). Once inside we will give brief rules and instructions, then hand out the controllers to each player.
2 Game Trucks
Want to reward your guests with more time in the game truck but have too many players? Have more guests than hours in the day? Add our 2nd game truck to your event. Now you can do up to 40 players per session or give each session more time.
Arrrival
Once we have you on the schedule it is our goal to arrive at your location about 15-30 mins prior to your event. At time will we will clean if needed, set up the games and controllers, connect with your office and notify you when we're ready to go. Please provide 55' of flat space to park

That’s the great thing about a game truck party. We are a rain or shine service. With 5 TVs inside the game truck and stadium seating we have plenty of space to fit everyone playing together and comfortably.
Your Event Manager will encourage everyone to play and get a turn. This often is a great chance for those who don’t normally play try out some new games they may enjoy. Often times if this doesn’t work they still enjoy spending time with their family and friends watching.
Your Event Manager is there to run everything for you. We show up early, set up, provide rules to the guests, make sure everyone is playing a game and rotating. If a game needs to be changed or an issue comes up he/she is there to take control so you can sit back and enjoy the day.
Absolutely! We’ve been doing this for 10 years now and we have a pretty good idea what games are allowed at schools.
However, you always have the final say if there is something you feel is unappropriate for your students.
We will arrive 10-20 minutes prior to your event in order to set up and ready to go for the start time of your event.
For Schools, we do not require a deposit. Payment can be made by check or credit card. There is a 3% fee for credit card purchases. Most often, a check is sufficient and no fee required. We ask that the check for the full amount be mailed prior to arrival or handed to us upon arrival.
If you need a purchase order please let us know ahead of time so we can get all the information you need to you. If other arrangements are necessary again please just let us know.
