Fellowship halls, gyms, cafeterias, multipurpose rooms, and banquet halls all work. We handle setup and teardown, and bring chairs for up to 20 on request; you provide the room and standard wall outlets.

Starter builds five stations and Pro builds seven, with up to four players on each, so all 20 can play at once. Pro's two extra stations mean fewer four-way split screens and more games running side by side. Larger groups book at the group rate and rotate through, and every station is in the same room, so nobody is queued up outside a truck door.

Xbox, PS5, and Nintendo Switch on every package.

Starter brings two Xbox, two PS5 and a Nintendo Switch, and Pro adds two more Xbox stations. Each station gets its own TV, table, and table cover, and the games are age-appropriate multiplayer titles picked for your group. Tell us your concerns at booking and we make inappropriate games unavailable — the only M-rated titles are Mortal Kombat and Call of Duty.

Starter is $500 and Pro is $750.

Both are two hosted hours for up to 20 players. Starter brings five consoles; Both include an internet router; Pro adds two more Xbox stations and LED tower lighting. Extra hours are $100 each. Schools, churches, and large events are $300 per hour, quoted to the event, and custom builds are quoted too. A $100 deposit holds your date.

An Event Manager arrives early, builds the lounge, checks every station, runs the games for the whole party, and then tears it all down. For a lock-in or an overnight event we can quote it as drop-off instead, so the lounge plays on while your team rests.

The Game Arena is built entirely indoors, so rain, heat, and cold have no effect on the date. There is no truck to park and no lot for anyone to stand in.

Yes. It gives the kids a room of their own.

A Game Arena in a side room keeps the kids happy through the adult portion of a reception. One thing worth knowing before you picture it: our table covers are black and they carry our logo. If you would rather nothing of ours showed in the room, tell us when you book. We can bring unbranded covers for an added cost, or you are welcome to put your own over the tables. We also settle the load-in window with your venue's coordinator directly rather than sending it back through you.

Standard wall outlets and a heads-up on stairs or an elevator if the room is upstairs. We bring an internet router on every package. Need chairs? We have them for up to 20 on request, at no extra cost.
