Frequently Asked Questions
Our systems are designed to get your guests playing together. We focus primarily on what they call couch play with multiplayer games like minecraft, NBA2K, Stickfight, etc. Each game generally allows up to 4 players per system/game. With 7 total TVs we have more than enough space for all 20 to play together at the same time. And when it’s not conducive to play on outside stations we still have plenty of room for all 20 to play just inside the trailer.
That’s the great thing about a game truck party. We are a rain or shine service. With 5 TVs inside the game truck and stadium seating we have plenty of space to fit everyone playing together and comfortably.
Your Event Manager will encourage everyone to play and get a turn. This often is a great chance for those who don’t normally play try out some new games they may enjoy. Often times if this doesn’t work they still enjoy spending time with their family and friends watching.
Your Event Manager is there to run everything for you. We show up early, set up, provide rules to the guests, make sure everyone is playing a game and rotating. If a game needs to be changed or an issue comes up he/she is there to take control so you can sit back and enjoy the day.
Upon booking your party, please let us know your concerns and we will address them on an individual basis and make inappropriate games unavailable.
We will arrive 10-20 minutes prior to your event in order to set up and ready to go for the start time of your event.
Due to the nature of gaming with electronics we do not allow food or drinks inside the trailer.
However, you are more than welcome to serve food/drinks throughout your event. Your Event manager will let the guests know they can come and go as needed for food, drinks, bathroom breaks etc. But they will ask that the food/drink just be left outside the game truck during instructions.
Please note, stopping the game truck to host food, cake etc. does not pause your event time to be made up later.
Fortnite is a great and fun game, which is why we offer it in all of our packages.
However, Fortnite at max is only a 2 player game per console. With 5 tvs playing it we can only have a max of 10 players at a time playing at the same time.
Often the guests are more than willing to take turns playing the game. This leads to, however, some guests sitting there and watching. You may walk in and see a guest waiting and wonder why they are not playing. Your Event Manager will make sure that everyone is getting rotations when we have smaller groups.
As well, with groups lager than 12 we may only allow Fortnite on up to 2 TVs to limit the number of players sitting around and keep the remaining TVs on 4-8 player games so everyone is playing the whole time.
Yes, when possible*
We provide a internet inside our trailers to play online games like Fortnite, Call of Duty and others.
However, we are dependent on the connection and speed of that connection in your area. It is our goal to provide a no hassle service with the onbaord internet.
At times, the connection may not be strong enough to play online games though. In this case we do carry a 50′ ethernet cable that we could plug into your router and back out to our trailer to push internet that way as a back up means.
Finally, IF for some reason neither option can work we will have to play only offline mode games.

Since this is typically an outdoor service it is a great idea to try and have an indoor option as a back-up plan. However, we know that isn’t always possible so we will first work with you to find a reschedule date within the next 60 days.
ABSOLUTELY! Often folks think of indoor, black-lighting, laser tag. Our laser tag system works using and IR signal (think of pointing your TV remote at the TV.). So, we can play indoor or outdoor and have an amazing time. Our systems can shoot up to 600′ so a typical backyard is not a problem.
Not at all, while playing in the dark does add to the fun and you are able to see the headlight flashes more, we can play at any time of the day and still provide an amazing experience. We focus on tactical play style of laser tag. We are NOT your basic run around indoor black light laser tag service.
Players use a tagger to shoot at either a headband with sensors or the enemy tagger’s sensor to tag a player. The tagger will register a hit. After so many hits a player is tagged out and depending on the game will most often need to get back to their respawn base to “respawn” back to life and continue playing.
Your Event Manager is there to run everything for you. We show up early, set up, provide rules to the guests, show them how to use the equipment and make sure everyone is playing rotating to get a turn. If an issue comes up he/she is there to take control so you can sit back and enjoy the day.
You do have control, after all it is your party, however our event managers are trained in how keep things entertaining and moving so the games do not get stale. But, we do have a feel for if a certain game type or play style fits your group better we can make changes on the fly.
Our goal is to arrive at least 60 mins minutes prior to your event in order to set up and be ready to go for the start time of your event.
We require a $100 deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event. The deposit is not due until we have reviewed and approved the event. In which case we will send you a contract for your signature and then invoice.
Due to the nature of laser tag being weather dependent, we may not ask you to pay your balance until we know for sure no inclement weather is expected. Sometimes this may be the day of your event.

How It Works
Players Must be at least 10 years of age or older
A flat, open area to set up and internet access is strongly suggested by not required.
We can set up indoors in a large, well ventilated and climate controlled open living area. Examples may include clubhouses, gyms, classrooms, community centers.
We cannot set up outside in direct sunlight or in poor weather conditions.

Other VR Systems require long cables, stands and computers. Meta Quest 3 are completely cordless.

Our Mobile Arena transforms any space into a high-energy esports lounge. With big-screen TVs, gaming stations, seating, and effects, we deliver a plug-and-play setup that feels like a pop-up gaming convention. It’s perfect for schools, gyms, rec centers, or any large group gathering.
How it works
A M2Y event manager will arrive approximately an hour or so prior to your event start time. (sometimes we may need earlier or more time). The manager will set up all of your equipment, check that everything is working properly and go over with you how to use the systems. Once your time is up your manager will return to tear everything down, pack up and head back to the office.
Where We Setup
We can set up almost anywhere. Living rooms, basements, office, church, hotel lobbies, restaurants, etc. We just ask that if we need to go more than one flight of stairs, that there is elevator access.
Overnight Parties
Sleepover? Yes, please! Best part is mom and dad, our systems will keep them entertained for hours so you don’t have to. We’ll drop off the equipment and pick it back up the next morning/day. Make sure to select the custom option below.

We want to move fast to get the spot you want, but we also want to make sure you’re comfortable.
We serve primarily the greater St.Louis and Metro East region up to apx 30 miles around 62040. We may serve a secondary area outside this radius. Please give us a call or chat if you are unsure if we can serve you.

Possibly. Please let us know if we will need to move equipment up multiple stairs or steps. It is helpful if there is elevator access if we need to go several flights. As well, this will help us prepare of what moving equipment we should bring.
As a general rule, if you’re within 1-2 months of the event and it’s not a peek time, you should have some flexibility. Peak times – DO NOT WAIT!
At this time we do not provide chairs. They are the responsiblity of the host.
It is recommended to have 4 chairs per station. Games like Super Smash brothers can play up to 8 players. So it may be necessary to keep additional chairs at the Nintendo Switch Station or for guests to watch.
The Starter package does not include our home internet option. We can however connect into your Wifi connection at your location.
If this is not an option at your location please let us know and we can provide our hotspot for a fee.
The PRO package does include our internet service.
(Please note, the use of T-mobile home internet is not a guarantee that the connection will be strong enough to play online games. In the case an up-charge was added and not able to be used we will provide a refund. Refund not provide as part of the Pro package)
Each console will come with 4 player games with atleast 4 controllers. Nintendo may use up to 6 for Just Dance and up to 8 for Super Smash Brothers.
We will provide enough controllers for each system.
There are some two player games on the system. It is up to the host to determine if they would like to allow the play of these games.
The only Mature rated games we currently carry in the game arena is Mortal Kombat and Call of Duty. The games are on the system and cannot be removed for each individual party. It is absolutely ok to tell the players they cannot play it and remove the player(s) if they are not adhereing to your rules.
The mobile game arena does not include a Host. This is a drop off service.
However, for a fee, you can request a host to be provided.

What's Mixed Reality
Using state-of-the-art Meta Quest 3 virtual reality headsets, players merge “real life” with “game life.” The VR headset cameras combine “real vision” with “game vision” so players interact with each other and their surroundings in the game. Virtual Reality never looked so REAL!
We bring up to 4 Meta Quest 3 VR headsets, allowing 4players to compete in fast-paced interactive games with (or against) one another in real time!
How It Works
Players Must be at least 10 years of age or older
A flat, open area to set up and internet access is strongly suggested by not required.
We can set up indoors in a large, well ventilated and climate controlled open living area. Examples may include clubhouses, gyms, classrooms, community centers.
We cannot set up outside in direct sunlight or in poor weather conditions.
Lose the cords
Other VR Systems require long cables, stands and computers. Meta Quest 3 are completely cordless.
As well, we’ve got your extended gameplay covered with our extended battery packs. Whether you need 2 or 4 hours you’ll be sure to game on!
