Check your date & time on our live calendar before you make any payments. If you find the spot you like, simply submit the reservation request form.
- Submit Your Deposit
Private parties only require a $100 deposit to hold your date. Once received we’ll get to work on your digital invite (optional).
The remaining balance isn’t due until 3 days prior to your event.
- Be the Hero
We’ll show up prior to your start time to set up and get things ready. Your event manager will go over the rules and make sure everyone is getting a turn.
Most importantly he will make sure your child is happy and you are relaxed

Deposit:
In order to hold a date we only require a $100 deposit. The remaining will be due anytime up to 7 days prior to your event. We hold events based on first come first serve based on deposits(or more) received. The deposit will be deducted from the total price.
*Please note – it is possible that we will ask for a slight adjustment from your selected time to ensure we can arrive on time, or get to the next party on time

Our Calendar may not always show all the options. But, we can see things in the system you can’t. if you’re looking for a particular day and have some flexibility, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to double check!
Weekday Events Have More Flexible Time Slots
Can’t find the time you want on a weekday? Choose the time closest to your desired time and tell us in the booking notes what your “desired” time is. We can usually accommodate. Weekends are very busy and tend to be much more rigid.

Since this is typically an outdoor service it is a great idea to try and have an indoor option as a back-up plan. However, we know that isn’t always possible so we will first work with you to find a reschedule date within the next 60 days.
ABSOLUTELY! Often folks think of indoor, black-lighting, laser tag. Our laser tag system works using and IR signal (think of pointing your TV remote at the TV.). So, we can play indoor or outdoor and have an amazing time. Our systems can shoot up to 600′ so a typical backyard is not a problem.
Not at all, while playing in the dark does add to the fun and you are able to see the headlight flashes more, we can play at any time of the day and still provide an amazing experience. We focus on tactical play style of laser tag. We are NOT your basic run around indoor black light laser tag service.
Players use a tagger to shoot at either a headband with sensors or the enemy tagger’s sensor to tag a player. The tagger will register a hit. After so many hits a player is tagged out and depending on the game will most often need to get back to their respawn base to “respawn” back to life and continue playing.
Your Event Manager is there to run everything for you. We show up early, set up, provide rules to the guests, show them how to use the equipment and make sure everyone is playing rotating to get a turn. If an issue comes up he/she is there to take control so you can sit back and enjoy the day.
You do have control, after all it is your party, however our event managers are trained in how keep things entertaining and moving so the games do not get stale. But, we do have a feel for if a certain game type or play style fits your group better we can make changes on the fly.
Our goal is to arrive at least 60 mins minutes prior to your event in order to set up and be ready to go for the start time of your event.
We require a $100 deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event. The deposit is not due until we have reviewed and approved the event. In which case we will send you a contract for your signature and then invoice.
Due to the nature of laser tag being weather dependent, we may not ask you to pay your balance until we know for sure no inclement weather is expected. Sometimes this may be the day of your event.
