Once the signature is received we will provide an invoice for payment.
Payment can be made via check or credit card online leading up to or the date of your event when we arrive, prior to starting your event.

Our dates fill up fast! Use our safe, easy scheduling & booking system to check availability and book your party! Have questions before booking? Just contact us and we’ll be in touch quickly!
Deposit:
In order to hold a date we only require a signature on your contract. We will then send you an invoice for processing. We ask that you have the check either mailed to us prior to your event or hand it to us when we arrive. IF your disctrict must pay after the event please let us know when reserving or if you need a PO.
*Please note – it is possible that we will ask for a slight adjustment from your selected time to ensure we can arrive on time, or get to the next party on time

May is our busiest season of the year and we are typically boooked solid the whole month of May. Please submit your inquiry early to make sure you get your spot held.

Since this is typically an outdoor service it is a great idea to try and have an indoor option as a back-up plan. However, we know that isn’t always possible so we will first work with you to find a reschedule date.
ABSOLUTELY! Often folks think of indoor, black-lighting, laser tag. Our laser tag system works using and IR signal (think of pointing your TV remote at the TV.). So, we can play indoor or outdoor and have an amazing time. Our systems can shoot up to 600′ so a typical backyard is not a problem.
Yes — the great thing about us is our flexibility. We can use gyms, multipurpose rooms, classrooms, and hallways all work great.
Not at all, while playing in the dark does add to the fun and you are able to see the headlight flashes more, we can play at any time of the day and still provide an amazing experience. We focus on tactical play style of laser tag. We are NOT your basic run around indoor black light laser tag service.
Players use a tagger to shoot at either a headband with sensors or the enemy tagger’s sensor to tag a player. The tagger will register a hit. After so many hits a player is tagged out and depending on the game will most often need to get back to their respawn base to “respawn” back to life and continue playing.
Your Event Manager is there to run everything for you. We show up early, set up, provide rules to the guests, show them how to use the equipment and make sure everyone is playing rotating to get a turn. If an issue comes up he/she is there to take control so you can sit back and enjoy the day.
You do have control, after all it is your party, however our event managers are trained in how keep things entertaining and moving so the games do not get stale. But, we do have a feel for if a certain game type or play style fits your group better we can make changes on the fly.
Our goal is to arrive at least 60 mins minutes prior to your event in order to set up and be ready to go for the start time of your event.
No. Our staff runs everything. It may be helpful to have a volunteer to help manage lines.
